Curating Contemporary Art for a Landmark Midtown Tower

HLK Art Group curated a large-scale art program for a confidential corporate client within a landmark 44-story building in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by a leading international architecture firm, the modern tower spans over one million square feet and houses several global financial institutions.

Led by Heidi Lee-Komaromi, founder of HLK Art Group, the project aimed to create a cohesive curatorial vision that reflected the client’s values, fostered dialogue, and enhanced the daily experience of employees and visitors alike. Each artwork was selected for its engagement with timely cultural and aesthetic ideas, its technical excellence, and its place within the artist’s broader body of work.

HLK sourced museum-quality works by a diverse range of living contemporary artists—including multigenerational, BIPOC, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ voices—whose practices contribute to today’s most vital artistic conversations. Many of these artists have exhibited internationally in leading museums, galleries, and biennials, and their works are held in major private and institutional collections.

Every acquisition met the highest standards of connoisseurship, authenticity, and long-term value, reinforcing HLK Art Group’s commitment to excellence and cultural inclusivity.

At HLK Art Group, we believe art has the power to transform environments, connect communities, and inspire purpose. Whether developing a corporate art program or guiding private collectors, we are dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting engagements with contemporary art.
