A Mentorship Program Designed by Women, for Women
At HLK Art Group, one of our core missions is to champion and guide the next generation of women entering the fine art world. We know that breaking into the fine art world can feel daunting—even for the brightest and most capable graduates. That’s why one of our driving missions is to support women, particularly upcoming or recent collage graduates, as they take their first bold steps into the art market.
Our mentorship program is a space where ambition meets guidance. Led by founder Heidi Lee-Komaromi, a respected advisor and curator with over 20 years of experience advising Fortune 100 firms, private collectors, and cultural institutions. The program provides hands-on, one-on-one mentorship rooted in both professional rigor and personal encouragement.
Mentees receive:
-
Practical know-how in art collecting, collection management, curating, and art operations
-
Direct involvement in HLK projects—from proposals and appraisals to art research and client presentations
-
Immersive experiences in galleries, museums, and client collections, side by side with Heidi
But most importantly, they gain confidence, clarity, and community—learning what it means to thrive as a woman in a competitive industry while cultivating their own voice and presence.
For women ready to move beyond theory and into meaningful impact, HLK’s mentorship is more than professional training—it is an act of empowerment.
