HLK Art Group was engaged to curate a bespoke art collection to elevate a 19-story landmark pre-war condominium in Lenox Hill, Manhattan, originally designed by George F. Pelham Jr. and refined by Quartet Designs. Heidi Lee-Komaromi sourced and acquired works of art by living contemporary artists, applying a disciplined approach to connoisseurship, artist vetting, and an aesthetic eye.
From acquisition through installation, HLK managed every detail with precision, negotiating purchases, overseeing bespoke framing, and executing white-glove logistics.
The resulting collection brought a refined contemporary layer to the building’s historic architecture—introducing color, depth, and cultural resonance. The installation was exceptionally well received, exceeding board expectations and reinforcing HLK Art Group’s standing as a trusted advisor to discerning collectors and luxury residential clients.
