Emerging Markets/Emerging Artists: New Collecting Opportunities
HLAA went to the APAA’s cocktail reception and panel discussion on Emerging Markets held at Morgan Stanley NYC on April 14th. Specialists representing the Brazilian, India, Turkish and Chinese markets shared their invaluable insight to the pros and cons of their respective markets-Asia, the Middel East and Latin America. Moderated by Art in America, Editor in Chief, Lindsay Pollack, the panelists also talked about how their emerging art markets are reshaping collectors’ perceptions and creating new collecting opportunities.
